Everything we do at Zion is centered on Sharing the Love of Jesus.

When Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was he gave two: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’” and “‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Matthew 22:36-40) We see these two themes carried throughout the Bible including the 10 Commandments which are divided between how we honour God and how we care for the people around us. But we see them most clearly in Jesus who always loved His Father and simultaneously loved us so much He was willing to live, die, and rise again for us.

At Zion we believe that the greatest way we can love God is by worshiping His Son Jesus and the greatest way we can love our neighbors is by introducing them to Jesus. That passion runs well beyond our Sunday morning services and is the driving force behind us operating a school, a senior’s facility, partnering with the Surrey Food Bank, sending missionaries around the world, and making the most of every opportunity to Share the love of Jesus.
